Ossau-iraty-brebis-pyrénées is a cheese from the Basque Country and Béarn, pressed uncooked, with a natural rind that benefits from the AOC and AOP. Ossau-iraty is made from whole sheep’s milk. This cheese has a light hazelnut taste.
