Our Vieux Pané cheese is brushed and turned over by hand during its maturing process by our cheese makers. It thus reveals all its flavour and character under its russet rind. Local milk collection carried out within a 100km radius of the Cheese Factory. Poplar wood box from French sustainably managed forest plantations.
